We all know that the MacBook Air is the thinnnest laptop ever, but some Apple users in Germany are claiming that the edge of the laptop is not only sharp - but downright dangerous. According to "Apple Talk" reader Bajuware, his MBA went kill-crazy all over his elbow while he was cold-chillin' on his couch.
You might recall a couple of weeks ago, a guy got hassled by airport security because they couldn't make sense of his MacBook Air. It actually does look "very different" than 99 percent of the notebooks they're used to seeing under the scanner, in a way that would "pique some interest" of security personnel...
The MacBook Air's thin design is causing some confusion for the technically ignorant, according to one blogger who says that the ultra-portable caused him to miss his flight. When going through the TSA airport security checkpoint, blogger Michael Nygard was held up as security staff gathered around his MacBook Air, trying to make sense of the slender laptop. One of the less technically knowledgeable staff points out the lack of standard features as cause for alarm.
You've seen the MacBook Air — are you ready for the MacBook Earth, Water and Fire? We weren't either, but then we got our hands on these images of a new generation of notebooks. Ever wanted your computer to be recyclable, blazing fast (literally), or poured out of a bottle? If you answered "yes" to any of those, there's now a MacBook for you. No word on prices or release dates. YET.
The problem as already being solved in a secret project called MacBook AirCraft. The rumors of it's release by the end of the year have just arrived on the Web.
